Coach’s Corner

Ongeleke Racine Turner possesses 10+ years of experience in the mental health field. She has practiced in various levels of care, providing services to individuals who struggle with mental challenges during life’s course. She is a licensed clinician in the state of Michigan who earned her master’s degree in social work  and graduate certificate in alcohol and drug abuse studies from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She is a proud alumna of Michigan State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in humanities-pre law.  She was introduced to running in the form of athletic competition at a young age where track and field became her first love; she is a former AAU track and field athlete who once competed at the AAU junior Olympics. Achieving a career as a  track star was not in her life’s trajectory, but she will never forget the feeling of showing up for yourself and competing despite the odds.  As she continued to gain more knowledge about organized athletics, she blossomed a passion for a variety of sports over her lifetime and made the decision to combine her clinical skills with her love and passion for the world of sports. 

NoFlagNoFoul LLC was created to offer a safe space for individuals categorized in the unique subset of humans known as athletes address mental health concerns through professional coaching services. This athlete curated space is the best of both worlds as it allows her to integrate what she loves: helping people and sports. Her philosophy pertaining to athlete mental health is Human First, Athlete Second. In order to show up and give it all you’ve got on the court or field; you have to be the best version of yourself. NF² assists players in developing life enhancing game plans to achieve optimal wellness of the mind.

  • NoFlagNoFoul is able to accept payment for our professional mental health services via cash, business checking accounts, certified funds, all major credit cards, zelle and apple pay. We currently are unable to accept any payments via venmo or cash app. All payments will receive an invoice and receipt.
